Most recently, I was a full-time nanny for two infants in Albuquerque. Duties included bottle-feeding, napping, and of course playtime.

I also was a nanny for one year, for a wonderful family, and cared for their three children, ages 6, 4, and 2 years old. I was responsible for cleaning and upkeep of the home, laundry, transporting the oldest child to and from school, taking the other two children out during the day if desired, helping with homework, and starting the dinner meal for when the parents returned home.

I also worked at a group home for developmentally disabled and autistic children for four years. Here, I was a one on one direct care staff with a client, helped them and oversaw with daytime routines, assisted them with eating, preparing meals, bathing, administration of medication, homework, laundry, and daily living skills. The goal of our work at the group home was to give the clients the skills to have the best quality of life possible.
