I moved to the area in 2008 to be closer to my boyfriend who has lived here his whole life. His mother is a daycare provider and has her own business. She started giving my name out to her family and friends and told them that I was great with kids and often need very little notice to be asked to babysit. In the past few years I've become very close with these families and their children. I have expanded from babysitting for one or two families to about six families on a constant basis. I am very punctual, have great references and have a passion for childcare. I love being a part of a child's day and being the reason they're laughing. I find that when I'm babysitting I don't feel like I'm working at all. It's fun for me and I hope to eventually make this a life long career for myself.
