“ When I graduated from NCSU/Meredith College in 2003, I got a job as a translator during the week. I would babysit on the weekends until I picked up another job. I began photographing weddings on the weekend which turned into a full-time job, but I would still babysit at nights for friends.

When I graduated from NCSU/Meredith College in 2003, I got a job as a translator during the week. I would babysit on the weekends until I picked up another job. I began photographing weddings on the weekend which turned into a full-time job, but I would still babysit at nights for friends.

In 2005, I began my own family. I now have a 5-year-old boy and a 3-year-old. Since my 5-year-old boy is going into Kindergarten in August, I would much rather work with children during the week than spend every weekend away from my family photographing weddings. I am available Monday-Friday to do either full-time or part-time babysitting. I am most comfortable babysitting infants to 6-year-old children. I do have a crib set up in my home and transportation, so I can take children to the park and museums.

I do not have any pets in my home due to my pet allergies, but since I grew up on a farm I do love going to visit animals and visiting the farm. I play the piano & I speak Spanish, so I love using music and language with children. I love having fun while learning and am just so amazed by children!

I lead the message time at Awana Cubbies at church and help with the 40-46 three to 5-year-olds there every Wednesday night. I do have several references available upon request and would be more than happy to have you in my home if you would like to sit and talk to me!
