A little bit about me: I am a 20-year-old sophomore in college. I attend Champlain College in Burlington, VT, but I live in Andover, MA and have for my entire life. I am pursuing a degree in Professional Writing. I have been surrounded by young children my entire life. In my babysitting experience, I have previously looked after my neighbor's children, children of family friends, and my younger brother. My neighbor had three children - their daughter was 2 years old and her baby twin brothers were only a few months old. I cared for them after school. A family friend of mine had three children as well. Their ages were 6 years-old, 3 years-old, and 6 months-old. I frequently watched over them on the weekends. My younger brother is now 6 years-old. I babysat for my father when he was a toddler. Having this experience with young children has allowed me to gain a better understanding of what being a caretaker entails. I am very cautious, energetic, and encouraging. I adore being around children and helping them grow and be happy. IMPORTANT SCHEDULE INFORMATION:
From May 22-June 29, I will be taking summer courses at Merrimack College. Therefore my availability has been narrowed to 12 p.m. -5 p.m. Monday-Friday. After June 29, my availability will change completely to 6 a.m. -10 p.m. Monday-Thursday.
