We employed Anne as a full-time nanny for our son from age 7 weeks to 6 months. We could not have found a more gentle, caring, patient individual in the world. Our son initially had trouble with acid reflux and tended to cry for long periods of time. Anne's patience and positive nature were exactly what he needed to feel safe and comforted during that trying time. We employed her full-time for eleven hours a day. She was never late and never missed a single day of work except during a family emergency. When she did have to take leave, she notified us well in advance and even assisted in securing alternate care in her absence. Anne communicated all activity that our child had during the day with exceptional detail, which made us feel like we were more active participants in our son's day while we were working. Our son thrived in her care and developmental milestones were met ahead of schedule in large part due to her careful attention. We regret that we were forced to seek other childcare for financial reasons. Were our situation different, we would happily employ Anne for the long-term future to take care of our son and any other children we may add to the family. I would highly recommend her to any family; your children will be in good hands.

Anne watched our son for a few months when he was around 7 months twice a week. She was reliable and very good with him, we noticed he was always calm and content when we got home (a good sign). She was flexible with our schedule and we felt very safe leaving our son with her, as she has impressive credentials in pediatric care and many years of experience. I would recommend Anne to any family looking for highly qualified childcare : )
