We interviewed and Anna seemed very nice. I then hired her and scheduled her to work on a Tuesday. On Monday she called and said she was sick. That happens so I simply shuffled some things and waited for our next scheduled day on Friday. To make it clear, I was informed that the first week would be a trial week with the mother being home to observe me, Unfortunately, things in life come up and they don't always work out the way they were planned. I politely apologized and informed the family about not being able to take the position, wishing them the best of luck in their nanny search.
