I am a Professional childcare provider! I love working with kids and all of them love me. I have taken numerous classes in Child Development at college, and have more than 15 years of experience in a church nursery setting, day care setting, babysitting and nannying. I have more than 15 years of experience caring for children of all different ages, from newborn to 15 years-old. I like to have structure for children and love to play alongside them/with them. I love doing educational activities and age appropriate activities with babies and children such as letters, numbers, reading, singing, water color painting, play dough, etc! I love teaching kids things and am very good at it! I have taught many children many educational concepts such as numbers and letters and they have grown up to be very smart children and teenagers because of me! I believe some of the most important things nannies and babysitters should do while caring for children is to keep them active such as taking walks, running, jumping. Also incorporate educational, age-appropriate activities into their day to promote healthy brain development, keep them safe, happy, and healthy! I believe washing your hands before eating and preparing meals, after going to the bathroom, once you have come in from outside, after changing diapers, etc. is very important! I love reading to children, playing and taking walks with them, watching them grow up, teaching them educational and other fun things, and taking care of their every need! I recently moved back to Illinois. Before moving from Texas, I volunteered at an orphanage in Mexico, playing with the kids and also babysat for a family with a 1-yr old.
I have more than 15 years of experience in childcare/baby-sitting. I have nannied for triplet newborns and their older sister starting at 12 years-old all by myself.
I am comfortable with pets and I do not smoke. I have a valid driver's license, am a very safe driver, and am comfortable transporting babies and children in my car! I am a very competent, intelligent, smart, respectful, fun, loving, energetic, honest, trustworthy, responsible, reliable/dependable, patient, sweet, friendly, caring and warm. A person who provides a safe, nurturing, caring, educational environment for babies and children!
