I'm pretty comfortable with babysitting as long as the parents are connected with the family and willing to discuss their rules for the kids and expectations with me. I think it's really important to work with them to provide the environment that fits their family.

I had an incredible babysitter growing up who was my example. She almost never flipped on the TV when she was watching us. As a babysitter, I think it's important to provide a fun environment without using technology so the kids can develop their minds and enjoy being together. With her as my example, I hope to give to families what she gave to mine.
