I have been a nanny for 8 years. I have been with a current family going on 5 years but as the children are growing older, I spend less time with them now than in the past. I babysit occasionally for many friends of the families I have cared for. I received a certificate in Early Childhood education. I am currently going for my Bachelor's in Social and Behavioral sciences with a minor in Linguistics. I hope to work with infants and toddlers with disabilities in the future. I have experience caring for children ages 3 weeks to 12 years. I completed two preschool internships. I worked at child care center for 1 year before I began working as a nanny. I volunteered in Costa Rica for 6 months at a child care facility following high school.
