I have been babysitting for over 5 years, and have experience taking care of newborns up to 9 years old. For the past 2 years I was live-in au pair (nanny). I was taking care of two girls who are now 6 and 3 and it was so much hang out with! To me, being a nanny means being a part of a family. It involves feeding, bathing, dressing, playing with, educating, interacting, providing love and support, hugs and kisses, caring for children when they are sick/hurt, and engaging with them on any level necessary.
I am first aid certified.
I can provide the following services:
- Healthy meal preparation (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks).
- Engage children in fun learning/enrichment activities (colors, shapes, numbers, letters, reading, math, writing).
- Plan and carry out daily activities such as arts and crafts, coloring, imagination play, reading, walks and park.
- Naps/Bedtime routines.
- Safe transportation and clean driving record. I can drive children to/from school, sports, and other activities.
- Mothers helper duties like: light cooking, cleaning, dishes, laundry, grocery shopping and other helpful duties around the house.
