I also cared for a girl with severe autism who had very minimal communicative ability. I would play with her outside and she would ride her bike while I followed closely behind. During this time, I often had to deal with her getting off the bike and running away. I learned how to care for a child who cannot comprehend or communicate during stressful situations.

In addition to this formal babysitting job, I have cared for many of my neighbor's children as well as my own small cousins. I have been around children all my life and I know how to handle them in every kind of situation, whether it is getting them to do work or cleaning up after their messes.
