I grew up with a lot of little ones always in the household. My mother passed on a love for children. She took in foster children all throughout my life at home. I helped to care for all of them through baby-sitting, preparing meals, transportation, etc. We cared for special needs children in our home for years as well. I have experience with multiples, newborns, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, autism, and mental retardation. As far as paid experience, I have cared for one family full time as a baby sitter for years, and another on a part-time basis.
