My name is Angela. I am 22 years old, and have had several babysitting jobs over the past 7 years, some regular. I am from a large Italian family and have over 12 younger cousins that I have grown up with and watched. I have cared for children ranging from a few months old to about age 13. I know how to cook and clean, and I have my own transportation. The most amount of children I have sat for at one time by myself was 8 children. That was quite an experience that I will never forget. My mother is a teacher at a local elementary school and I completed my required 80 hours of community service for college, assisting her and her colleagues. I am familiar with families who have children with mental issues. I have a cousin who is autistic, and a few other family members with similar issues, so while I have not been professionally trained in the field, I am sensitive to those who have similar needs. I love children and pets, and I hope to become a children's librarian someday. I am graduating from Florida Gulf Coast University within the next two weeks with a bachelor's degree in English.
