I have experience caring for children, primarily from ages two to five. I have been a preschool teacher at a private Catholic school in Maplewood, MN, for over a year now. At this school, I also worked with school-aged children, who are five to 12 years old.

Prior to that, I worked for four years at a child care center in Maplewood, MN as a toddler assistant teacher. I also have one year of experience as a teacher's aide at a day care in St. Paul, MN, where I worked with primarily with two to three year olds.

I also worked as a babysitter, while I was in high school and college. The majority of that experience was working with a toddler and school-aged child. I also watched a family with three girls for a small time (their ages were five, seven, and 10).

I am passionate about caring for children because I think it is one of the most important jobs in the world! I really enjoy children and love helping them learn. There's nothing more rewarding than teaching a child new things, ranging from how to put on their coat, to how to begin to add and subtract.
