I worked at a day care in Florida with all of the age groups. I was a main teacher in the 1-year-old class and also the after school class (ages varied from 5-12). My job description was to care and provide for the children, think of creative ways to make learning fun and enjoyable, think of fun field trips and activities to do with the children, clean up, and cook. I also volunteered for a children's festival at the zoo in Florida. I have babysat for many different families. The ages that I cared for outside of the daycare were a 4-year-old for one family, another family had three boys ages 2 months, 3 and 8, another was two toddlers ages 1 and 3. Each one of these families had pets as well so I am very used to having family pets around. I also have wonderful references upon request.
