I am one of eight girls. I was born into a very close and active family 18 years ago! My sisters are older and all have children. I have seven nephews and one niece. I also have another nephew on the way. Children are such a huge part of my life, although I have none myself, as I am only 18 and at a different stage in life. I baby-sit regularly for my sisters and also friends of my family. I enjoy children very much as they have such an energy about them and are so happy and easily pleased, like we all should be! I just graduated from Wheaton Warrenville South High School last year and I am now attending College of DuPage, with a major in special education. Throughout high school I worked with the special education program and I loved every second of it. I have a high energy level and a love for children. Every Friday for the past two years I have picked up my nephew from day care and watched him until 7:00 p.m. when my sister picks him up after work. I understand the hectic schedules of working parents and I would love to help make parents feel at ease that their children are with someone who can care for them as if they were doing it themselves.
