I took at class when I was 12 to become a certified babysitter and began babysitting all the time. It was a full part time job for me from the time I was 12 through to the time I was 18. At the end of my junior year of high school when I was 17 I met a family that I would become their permanent nanny for the next full year and one summer. In the summers I worked four days a week from nine a.m. to five a.m. watching and playing with the kids, doing cooking, and cleaning as well. I also would usually babysit on the weekend nights while the parents went out as well. The two boys were 3 and 5 when I started babysitting them and they were 5 and 7 when I moved away to college. I really grew close with the boys and the parents, they were role models for me. During my senior year of high school I worked at Eddie Bauer but I still babysat for them most every weekend or some weeknights as well. I am currently a senior attending UWM and have a semi sporadic class schedule, but I am available all weekends and lots of hours during the week too. I promise I would take great care of your family if you'd be willing to work with my schedule!
