Since I was a 10-year-old in fifth grade, I wanted to care for younger kids and became involved in junior counseling for the younger students at school. Now, I am a junior in college with my Associates of Arts (AA) degree, working towards my bachelor degree for elementary education. I love spending time with children and plan on making my life revolve around caring for them. I cared for the children of five different families. After the children grew up and my time was no longer needed I have remained friends of the family. I taught Sunday school for a few years until my schedule would not longer allow it. Also, I volunteer at various elementary schools to help teachers with students that are in need of "one on one" teaching.
