I have been working with children for as long as I can remember. When I first started college I worked in a daycare part time, cared for children from infancy to 10 years, sometimes 6 children at one time. I have also worked part time teaching kinder gymnastics, I had to that point never done gymnastics personally, but they said I had such a child friendly disposition, I could learn everything I needed to know!...
I have been working with children for as long as I can remember. When I first started college I worked in a daycare part time, cared for children from infancy to 10 years, sometimes 6 children at one time. I have also worked part time teaching kinder gymnastics, I had to that point never done gymnastics personally, but they said I had such a child friendly disposition, I could learn everything I needed to know! My most recent part time experience is tutoring. I spent approximately 8+ hours a week with the same family tutoring their 3rd and 5th grade child. I try to make learning fun and enjoyable so I incorporated games, side walk chalk, and prizes. Working with children is something I love to do, it is easy to give 110% effort. I like to make things fun and I think learning is so important!! I promise you, if I was to watch you child(ren) I would read them as many books as they could find! : )
I am not very old 21, and I do not have children of my own but I am very mature for my age. I've seen a lot of things, experienced a lot of things, and I have a bachelors degree that took me only three years. I am very responsible, motivated, hardworking, patient, and understanding. So please don't write me off just because of my age. I understand the attention, guidance, structure, and love a child needs, and I want to help you as a parent carry those qualities on through out the day while you are at work and I will have the utmost respect for your beliefs and practices of how you want to raise your child.
Things you can expect of me. To show your children love, respect, and guidance when you are away. To inspire their imagination and to play princesses or pirates. I will not let your little one sit in front of the TV all day, maybe not even at all. I would love to take them places, to the zoo, or the children's museum and teach them about how things work and nature. Get them in the fresh outdoors! I am also a bit of a health nut, so bike rides, swimming, hiking, going for walks, those are all things I love to do.
I know it is hard to get to know someone from less than 2000 characters but I have been honest and open with you. This is basically me in a nut shell! I look forward to hearing from you : )
