I have experience working with kindergarten through fifth grade children as an assistant site director in a youth organization's after school program. I also have experience as a caring and nurturing nanny for babies and young children and as a caretaker for people with developmental disabilities. I feel that my greatest strength is my ability to instruct children and to provide guidance on their behavior in a way that nurtures and enhances their self-esteem, creativity and overall development in a positive way. I have a Master's degree in teaching and have completed classroom observations in three different schools. I am currently pursuing my NYS teaching license in early childhood.
