I have experience babysitting evenings and summer days, children ages ranges from infants to 8 years with driving to/from school, activities and outings during summer days, cooking meals and getting things cleaned up afterward.
I am both first aid and CPR certified and I can handle stressful situations with kids well.
I believe that part of being good a babysitter or nanny is having the ability to connect with children on their level, while still maintaining authority and respect. I enforce the rules of the household, and expect the children I watch to respect the rules; I try to keep up with all of parents' rules as often as possible.
I am a strong believer in encouraging good manners, respect and responsibility.
I am currently a student at Northern Michigan University, where I am in the honors program and studying Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences.
