I have worked with Child Care at YMCA's for 10 years now, both in Sherwood and Eugene. I am also certified as a Water Safety Instructor and a Lifeguard. I teach swim lessons to kids and adults, and have coached swim teams here in Eugene and back home in Sherwood. The YMCA child care program is one of the best around and I'm proud to say I've been schooled by the best! The YMCA also offers countless workshops to improve our skills and I've taken advantage of every one!

I've also been worked in various roles at numerous day cares here in Eugene, I was a Teacher's assistant at UO's childcare program, specializing in pre-k classes (ages 4-6). I've worked with all ages from 3 weeks-adults, mentoring at-risk youth and working with Americore's YouthCore volunteering group.

I now prefer working with one or two families closely, usually as a nanny/primary care provider. I'm an active, energetic, positive, laid-back professional who looks forward to developing long-term relationships with the families and kids I work with. I have a season pass at Amazon Pool here in Eugene also, so any nannying can also include private swim lessons and pool time!!
