My earliest and most favored memories are of helping my mother babysit other children; teaching them to walk and talk, helping them learn their ABC's and on up to riding a bike. I've had a life long passion to educate children in fun and creative ways. My most recent experience has been becoming part of an autistic 3.5-year-old girl's therapy and life. Also spending some fun & educational time with a 6-year-old girl after school Tue-Thurs. It has taught me how passionate I am about helping children and caring for others. I'm a very empathetic and compassionate person which has always given me a motherly personality. I'm the first to leap in to help or the first to notice when someone is feeling down.
My passion for educating in fun ways has driven me to creating an excellent and almost never ending list of activities which are both fun and educational.
I am also very passionate about cooking and food preparation. I am always finding new recipes I have to make or learning new tips of how to eat more healthy or cost effectively. I also like to knit, scrapbook and all things crafty.
