I am a 26-year-old mother who is seeking a job in babysitting so I can stay at home with my 3-month-old baby boy while going back to nursing school. I have babysat all ages of children since I was 13. It all started with my neighbors kids which were the age of seven, five, and two. I watched them just for one summer and then they moved out of state. Once I became 16, my parents were adamant about me finding a job and the only thing that I had time for with school and being an athlete was babysitting. I became available to anyone who needed their children being watched. It was mostly on weekends and more through the summer. My first summer back from college, I became a full-time nanny for my cousin and her three little boys. They were the ages of five, two and one. I provided meals, play time, baths and naps when asked for. I would also take them to the pool, park or just anything to get them outside playing. I went to school to be a medical assistant and worked in that field until my son was born. I loved taking care and helping people so much that I want to take my career to the next level in being a nurse. I love children and I feel that I will be a great caregiver.
