I love children. They always make me happy. I have had experience with many kids. I have babysat many times. I think it is fun to help and watch them do crafts. My main experience I have had with them is coaching. I taught gymnastics to young kids at Utah State University. This was more of a disciplined environment. Also I was the tumbling instructor. While parents worked out I taught their kids some very basic tumbling. This was a relaxed and more of a fun environment. While attending Otero Jr. College I volunteered for the Mentoring Program. We each got a "little brother\sister." I was lucky enough to get one of each. As the mentors we helped with homework for a hour and then we played games with them for a hour. These kids were 4-6th graders. Most of the kids in the group did not have an ideal home-living situation. Most of there parents were high school drop outs or did not make it to college. So it was fun to show them that we made it to college and try to help them make that a goal for themselves. I enjoy being busy and lets face it kids are always busy!
