My name is Amber. I am 25 years old and I am a graduate of Atlanta Christian College. I have a degree in Counseling and Human Services, with a minor in Biblical Studies. In November I celebrated my third year of marriage! We live in Peachtree City, GA. For my last two years in college, I worked as a part-time nanny. When I started the position, the ages of the children were 11 months and 4 years. My scheduling for them was two to three days a week, 10 hours per day. I still continue to work for them occasionally, and I stop by to see the kids whenever I can. Upon graduation, I obtained full-time employment with a family that I worked for for 2.5 years. Unfortunately, the position ended when the youngest entered kindergarten. When I started the children were 2 and 5. In this position, I provided not only basic childcare, but transportation to and from school/activities, laundry, and grocery shopping for the family. After, I obtained full-time employment for a family with six wonderful children. I have been at this position for the past 6 months and, unfortunately, this position is also coming to an end because mommy is now going to be able to be at home full-time.
