About me:
I am very energetic, outgoing and I absolutely love working with children! I am 21 years old, I am one of seven kids in my family. I have three nephews, ages 10, 9 and 4 as well as a niece who is 8. I also own 3 horses, a dog and a kitten. I am currently going to school to become a Therapeutic Horseback Riding Instructor. I also am a nanny 3 days per week. I am seeking a Tuesday/Thursday daytime nanny job. I am available for weekend/occasional evening babysitting.

Education:
I attended Neuqua Valley High School and graduated in '09. During high school, I taught for three semesters as a preschool teacher's assistant. I was also President of a Club where I did tons of volunteer work with children. I have volunteered in numerous classrooms throughout Plainfield. I studied Early Childhood & Special Education for 2 years at Northern Illinois University.

Experience
I am currently a babysitter to over 30 families in Naperville & Plainfield and I have worked as a nanny for the past 7 years during the summer months. I have experience with all different age groups and developmental levels from newborns-teens. I have lots of experience caring for children with special needs. My younger brother is 18 and he has Down syndrome and Autism. I have worked with him and many of his peers since he was very young. I have worked with Special Needs organizations. I also have tons of experience with newborns! I am currently a caregiver to four families with babies under the age of 6 months. Each summer I run my own summer camp in the White Eagle Subdivision for 20+ children. I run the camp with my sister who is a special needs preschool teacher. I also help orchestrate and carry out the homeowners club children's parties. In addition, I put on birthday parties for many children that I babysit for.
Services:
I am used to caring for multiple children at once. While caring for children at their home, I cook, prepare bottles, do light cleaning (picking up toys, wiping down counters after meals), children's laundry, potty training, carpooling, grocery shopping, care for family pets, homework help, etc.
I drive a 2012 Nissan Truck. It safely seats three in the back.
