I have been caring for children inside my own home since I was very young and outside of my home since I was 11 years old. I was a permanent babysitter for a family with 2 young girls, and later their newborn son, from the time I was 11 until I was 16. In addition to that family, I have babysat for many others whose children range in age from newborn to 7 years old. I grew up in a family of 5 children. I have 1 older brother and 3 younger sisters, the youngest of which is now 14, so I have experience with taking care of children of all ages.
I am passionate about taking care of children because I love them. I had a beautiful baby girl in August of 2010 and I love her with everything I am. I know that if I was to need a babysitter, I would want them to love and care for her just as I do and so that is how I treat all the children I babysit. They're not just a job, they're people, albeit very small ones, but still people who need to know they are loved and cared for.
