Hi! My name is Alyssa, I'm 22 years old and I recently graduated from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT and am now living with my sister in Beacon Hill.

I have babysat for several families in my neighborhood at home in Voorheesville, NY on more than one occasion and I am great with kids. I have also babysat for 10 or more families that I found on Care. com. At school in Hamden, I babysat for a single father who had an 18-month-old baby boy and I also babysat for a family with 2-year-old twins (boy & girl).

Now that I am living in Boston, I have been babysitting on random occasions for four families with young children. These families typically need me 2-4 times a week in the morning, but I am seeking a more full time nanny position.

I was an athlete all through high school so I am very active. I love board games, coloring, playing outside and other activities. I have 13 younger cousins on my Dad's side of the family, ages ranging from 4 to 16, so I am used to being around small children. I have a very close family and I often helped out my Aunts and Uncles with their newborns and as they grew up I continued to take care of them. I am trusting, patient, understanding, and caring. When I was 13 years old I babysat 7 of my cousins while their parents went to a wedding. I am incredibly responsible, and I have been babysitting since I was about 12 years old. I am energetic and an all-around happy person. Also, I am a NONSMOKER, and I always have been.
