I have grown up always loving children, and started babysitting for children when in junior high I served as a teacher's assistant in the 3year olds' Sunday school class at my church. I have been CPR certified three times and also have taken a self defense class. Throughout junior high and high school I have babysit for families with two to four children, from ages of a few months old to 10 years old. I have an identical twin sister, and have often babysat for twins--referenced through the same mothers of multiples group which my mom was once apart of. I currently help babysit with one other person weekly for a group of 10 to 15 kids for my church while the parents are at a Bible study. While I am good at being a supervising adult, I also very much enjoy interacting with kids and playing with them, being their friend and not just their superior. Kids give me such joy and I love trying to make them smile back in return.
