I was a sitter and nanny for three years in college (UNC Chapel Hill, BA in Public Policy). During this time, I worked with two families where my duties included transporting to and from school, transporting to various after school activities (art, horse backriding, soccer, etc), reading, helping with homework, trips to the park, some homeschooling, and doing hair.

Currently, I am a full time high school social studies teacher. This is my third year teaching and I have received numerous accolades and awards. However, I am also attending law school part- time in the evenings at Georgia State and the workload has become counterproductive for both my job and my education. I'm looking for a position where I can still pursue my passion of education and working with children, yet can be able to study during the day before classes.
