Lisa worked for us as a baby nurse (along with Leanne in a nanny-sharing agreement) for several months. My husband and I adored Lisa, and so does my son. You will feel absolutely secure with your child in her care. She is honest, trustworthy, energetic, FUN, knowledgeable and compassionate. First and foremost, she is amazing with babies. My son would light up when he saw her. She has so many great ideas to entertain and teach children, many of which I use everyday. As she says, she can't sit still and therefore you will come home to a house more organized than when you left. She also gave us hundreds of tips related to babies - everything from recommendations on toys and activities, to breastfeeding your baby. She documented every activity (down to the minute) of my son's day. I still look back and smile reading about his days. She sang to him, read to him, played games with him, took him on walks, worked on tummy time, taught him baby sign language, spoke to him in Spanish... the list goes on and on and on. As she has an extensive nursing background, I never worried for a moment with my son in her care. She took care of him when he was sick and I honestly felt that he was in better care then when I was with him! Lisa was also constantly updating me with text messages and pictures of him playing. She even made a collage magnet of pictures of my son and bought him gifts before she moved away. Feel free to call me if you have any questions regarding Lisa. She has my phone number. Lisa's knowledge and love for babies is undeniable, she is a true caregiver. She has such a natural bubbly personality and was always talking or singing with our daughter. Lisa was a part of our family for 4 months prior to her moving. She not only made our lives so much easier, she taught us so much about babies and our daughter. She is very professional and active. She never sat down to take a break; even while our daughter slept she'd do so much more to help out besides just the laundry and bottles. She reorganized our daughter's closet and drawers and always made sure my diaper bag was clean and fully stocked. She is very hygienic, routinely washing hands, cleaning toys and the car seat. She even taught me how to make homemade baby food. I highly recommend her for anyone, but especially a new parent, parent of multiples, a special need child or anyone having a hard time with their little one. Since she is an RN, her medical knowledge and experience was also big benefit. I knew our daughter was always in trusted hands. She is absolutely wonderful and our family misses her!

I don't think I could have made it the first few months without Lisa's help. She was always available, always early, and always ready to do anything she could to make my life a little less hectic with our first baby. Now our M. is 4 months old, and I still call Lisa whenever we need an extra hand or for just a little advice from a trusted source. She surprised me everyday with the obvious and the "little things." She is the baby whisperer!
