I have been babysitting since I was a young teenager. One of my first babysitting experiences was assisting a mother with her two premature twin daughters while her husband was on National Guard Duty. I have since babysat for several families from the time their oldest child was an infant until they had 3-4 children in the family, in addition to many other families for more short-term care.

Additionally, I have worked in church childcare, daycare, substitute teaching, and most recently as a teacher for middle and high school students. I am returning to Decatur, Alabama, at the end of June 2011, from my current teaching position in Okinawa, Japan, and would love to babysit once I get back!
