Hi! I'm a fifth and sixth grade teacher at an academy in NH. I have worked with kids in one capacity or another most of my life. I started working as a babysitter when I was 12 years old, and I haven't stopped since.

I've been a camp counselor, a nanny, a babysitter, a tutor and a teacher. Last year I volunteered with a Boy's and Girl's Club where I provided homework help, supervises activities, and run a writing and drawing workshop with the kids. It gave me the opportunity to work with kids with varying degrees of behavioral, developmental and learning disorders. In the past I have worked with children who have ADD, ADHD, Dyslexia and Cerebral Palsy.

Right now I teach Literature, History, Composition and Speech to 26 fifth and sixth graders. I love my job, and the intense energy of 10- and 11-year-olds, but I would love the opportunity to work with younger children again, too.
