I have worked with many different populations of people, young and old. I worked as a special education assistant in a middle school. I have also been a care taker for children ranging from high functioning to low functioning in a group home setting. My work as residential treatment until child care worker has provided me with skills and insight to help encourage discouraged youth. I have directed kids summer camps and have led back country trips for many years. I have experience using adaptive equipment to facilitate inclusive outdoor adventures.

For the past four years I have been an infant, toddler and preschool teacher with KinderCare while pursuing my master's degree in science education. I have just recently completed my student teaching and will be applying for my Minnesota Teaching license for middle school general science and high school chemistry.

As you should be able to gather from my profile I am not a babysitter who will allow the TV to do the entertaining!
