Throughout high school I spent my summers caring for a wonderful family's 3 beautiful children. Once I graduated High school and moved to Georgia for college I volunteered as as a Chemistry and Biology tutor at a local high school. I also took extra elective courses in education which allowed me to work with teachers at surrounding high schools helping ESOL students with science and math. I'm also the proud aunt of 2 and 5-year-old nephews, and an 8-year-old sister. Since learning should be fun, I regularly take my sister and nephews to museums, parks, and outdoor events which I feel gives them a hands on experience and shows that learning is fun. I love working with children, and I feel that my experience has made me a patient and understanding individual with a genuinely caring heart.
