Hello my name is Alexis. I am a fun and loving person and as an older sister, I have great experience with all types of children. I have always loved to work with kids and as a camp counselor, I am responsible to enhance the campers experience at camp, while taking responsibility for their health and well being. I am responsible for aiding program staff during activities. I am responsible for being an active part of all camp activities i. e. campfire, song practice, camp Olympics, talent show, hikes, free time activities, etc. I am responsible for knowing the location of their campers 24 hours a day. I am responsible for promoting a positive healthy environment for the camper and practice personal leadership skills. Not only am I a camp counselor, babysitting is something I enjoy doing on a regular basis, which requires a lot of responsibility such as, multitasking and managing their time well. It takes both skills to keep a fun game going for the kids while fixing their dinner. Then you have to be responsible for bedtime, which could mean some great salesmanship skills to convince the kids to go to bed and stay in bed. Most important, the children's safety and well being must always be the babysitter's first priority.
