I have spent three of the past four summers working for a family with two wonderful girls who have grown out of having a nanny (now ages 14 and 11). Both competitive swimmers, I've spent many hours coordinating carpools, shuttling to and from practice, and playing outside with older children. As the oldest of four children, though, I feel quite comfortable working with little ones as well. I have experience as a teacher's aide in a Montessori school in Cochabamba, Bolivia, where I worked with children ages four and five. I am a very active person and have loved going on adventures with the girls I nanny (examples include hiking, swimming pool, museums, and planetariums). I'm passionate about learning through play and being outdoors. I'm seeking a family with fun-loving and adventurous children, who is looking for an easy-going summertime caretaker.
