I have watched and cared for multiple children between ages of 4 and 13. I have spent numerous hours volunteering at elementary schools. I was also in a class in which I observed and acted as a teacher's aid in a fourth grade classroom for 3 - 4 hours a week, for the majority of the school year. I enjoyed my time there so much that I ended up going to class celebrations and also went back to visit the following year.

I am currently a Sophomore at Arizona State University (at home for the summer), working on a major in Elementary Education and a minor in Family and Human Development. I have already taken multiple classes that would help me care for and understand both younger and older children.
Most importantly, I truly love working with kids, and would love the opportunity to continue working with them before I earn my degree.
