I have two younger sisters and several younger cousins, so I began looking after young children at a very early age. I started babysitting children ranging from newborns to around 8 years old in the nursery at my church at the age of 13. At the age of 14 I began watching children usually around the ages of 2-5 at their homes with a few overnight stays. I am currently in the very early stages of pregnancy with my first child and am extremely excited about that. I have been working in Hot Springs for the past year, and the commute has gotten to be too much for me, so I'm looking for work closer to the Little Rock area. In my experience with working with children, I have helped one come out of very severe separation anxiety from her parents, have helped a young boy adjust to having a newly adopted baby brother, and have had countless wonderful experiences with young children.
