I am a mom of a wonderful 4-year-old girl. I have loved children since I was young myself. I have nannied for the last 3 1/2 years. I love being a mom, and being able to provide quality, loving, and safe care to other children. I have my CPR and First Aid certification for adults and infants and keep current yearly. I enjoy planning safe and fun activities for the kids. I will provide light tidying up related to the child. I will do learning activities with the children. I plan learning activities for rainy days, and trips to the library. We like to keep busy in nice weather by getting outside for picnics, zoo trips, park play time and more! I've been known to be a pretty decent bubble blower, too. ;) I bring my own toddler with me- a bonus to have a playmate for your child! I feel it is important to keep young children out of the traditional day care setting when possible, as more individual care and attention helps them develop and grow. Additionally, being in the safety of their own home and familiarities provides comfort to them! I value family and having a support system with friends and family for raising children with loving, respectful and serving hearts. Currently, I teach preschool three days a week just in the morning hours. I'm looking for a nanny position after school in the afternoon / evening hours.
