Hello parents!
I'm a college student in the process of completing my medical assistant major. I'm 21, but not taking classes this semester. I'm willing to commit for as long as needed and can work on a fair hourly rate. I have worked in a family home day care as a teacher's assistant for almost three years. Since the place closed, I've been baby-sitting children that used to attend the day care, newborn/infants/twins to 7-year-olds. I'm bilingual; I speak fluent English and Spanish. My responsibilities in the day care were supervising the children, reading/singing to them, cuddling babies, teach and interact, helping keep the house clean and safe, organizing toys, and taking them for walks. I love swimming, going for walks, biking, travel, music, and, of course, children! Children have really made a big impact in my life; as I've
learned how to care for them I have learned to know them better, their needs and growth stages. It's been a good experience for me. I am a responsible, gentle, curious, loving, patient, creative, engaging, reliable, organized, energetic, and caring person. I would be happy to baby-sit occasional weekends. I have my own car and clean license record, CPR/First Aid certified, TB tested, and background checked.
