Right after graduation from high school I began caring for children. I did an internship for school at a day care. I have cared for children ages 3 months to 10 years both part time and full time. I have done this professionally for the past four years.
I have a passion for caring for children of all ages. I love to teach, nurture and explore with children. I prefer to be out of the house with the kids at the park or museum, or on play dates, etc., as much as possible. I have a lot of energy! I have taken care of two kids at a time from two different families (two boys ages 7 and 9 and a boy and a girl 2 1/2 and 10 months). I have done this full time in the past three years. I have also cared for a 1-year-old girl and a family with a 4-year-old boy and 9-year-old girl. I am open to any age, but really enjoy caring for children around preschool age. I am currently caring for a 3-month-old girl and 2 1/2-year-old boy part time in the afternoon. I am looking for another part-time job in the morning or late evening.
