I am a 22-year-old student at San Diego State University, who has been baby-sitting for over 12 years now. My child care experience has ranged from newborns to preteens, whether it be in-home baby-sitting or transportation for the children somewhere. I also taught Sunday school at my church, along with working in a day care center, doing both for over five years. I get along great with kids. I love being around them and their imaginations. I've always had a fondness for kids and started baby-sitting as soon as I could, it allows for me every once in a while to feel like a kid again. I have been baby-sitting some of my families since their children were newborns and now the kids are growing up, it has been an amazing experience watching the growth of a child and knowing that you somehow had a part in their growing up. I find it very rewarding, seeing the progress that they make in what seems like such little time.

I come from a family who loved being outdoors. So my whole life I've been playing soccer, skiing, hiking, going to the park, and swimming. I love to be able to share that with kids because it reminds me of when I used to do all these things.
