Cultural Care Au Pair offers a unique combination of child care and cultural exchange. We recruit, screen, and train young women and men from all over the world to care for American children while living as a member of the family. The au pair program is designed to give young people an opportunity to experience the U.S. and provide quality child care for American families. The program is carefully regulated by the U.S. Department of State, promotes international understanding and provides cultural exchange for everyone involved.
