I am 33 years old, and a stay-at-home mother of three kiddos, ages 8, 6, and 4. I am also a registered nurse. I decided that being at home with my children while they were young was more important to me. I have been married for 10 years. Prior to marriage and children, I did have many summers of baby-sitting (all day/every weekday), infants to preschool age. I love children. I always have and always will. I always knew I wanted a big family, but God decided to stop us at three. We are a Christian household, and believe God is the head of our home. I believe in love, laughter, tickles, and giggles. Time is of the essence, and children need to be nurtured. I am looking to take care of one child (possibly two), preferably an infant, but will consider other ages, as well. I would be most comfortable in my own home, since I will have my 4 year old with me. However, if being in your home is what you want, and you do not mind my daughter being with me, I am open to that also. My older two are in school full time. If it is weekend or evenings when you need child care, I will be able to come alone. My ideal situation would be a mother who had a baby and wants to return to work. I do not have direct experience with children who have special needs, but as a nurse, I am a quick learner. I would be comfortable with any given situation, except no peanut allergies please!!

Right now, I am looking for somebody who needs part-time help. I am also going to be a Mother's Day Out teacher this school year, so Tuesday and Thursdays are taken from 9 a.m.- 2 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are open, as well as Tuesdays and Thursdays, after 2:30 p.m. After school care would be a great opportunity for me! Also, I am available for evening and weekend baby-sitting at any time, at your home (without my children).
