I am an empty-nest mom who is looking for parents who value an experienced, loving caregiver. I was very involved with my children, and was a girl scout leader, PTA president, and Sunday school teacher. Baby-sitting is a lot of fun for me now that they're gone! Since I don't have grand kids yet, caring for your children is the next best thing! I am picky about who I sit for, and I am sure you are just as picky when you chose who will come into your home to care for your precious children. My favorite families have values and a parenting style that are in sync with mine, making their instructions much easier to carry out. I will read, play games, sing, do crafts, and give your children the same attention and respect that you do. You will never have to wonder what is going on at home while you are away. I have a lifetime of CPR training, have raised a special needs child, and cared for my dad during the final stages of cancer. I work full-time for the AF surgeon general downtown, have a security clearance, and clean driving record. I am available after 4:30 during the week, and can stay as late as necessary. I am available to stay for all or any part of a weekend. I have excellent references who are life-long friends, and who raised their children alongside mine. They can attest to my character, dedication, and reliability. I also have parents who I have a relationship with, who will willingly give references, although they tell me they are afraid you will steal me away. Be sure to enjoy each moment with your children, and only choose the best sitters to be part of their extended family.
