It makes me smile and brings me joy to see them grow into who they're meant to be. Also, knowing I've helped with that job while their parent(s) are out working to support the home makes it a very fulfilling experience. I pride myself in building trust and knowledge with the child and the parents.

For the right family, I'm willing to do everything asked of me and more. I became a child caregiver to give parent's peace of mind that while their away at work their child/children is being taken care of wholeheartedly.
