Hi! My name is Erin. My husband, daughter and I have just recently relocated to San Antonio at the end of July so my husband could attend PA school. I am looking for a family I can grow with, and have a great relationship with. Currently I am working part time at Laurel Heights Preschool and I am looking for a nanny/after-school care position to supplement part time.
That being said, I have LOTS of experience with children. Before moving to San Antonio, I was with my previous family for two years. They had 3-month-old and 17-month-old sons. I brought my 4-year-old daughter to work with me (when she wasn't in school) and it has proved to be a great fit for the families. It's an opportunity for socialization and lots of fun. Parents have told me it's easier on the children to have a play mate and a nanny when mom and dad have to leave each day. I am energetic, dependable, active, patient, nurturing, loving, kind, driven, honest, and love being able to work with children. I feel that I am an extension of the family, and am adaptable to fit your needs. I am self-assured and confident. I believe that I treat your children exactly as I treat my own. I am a hard worker. I love what I do each day. I know that as a working parent, you depend on a nanny to be able to come to work, and not call at the last minute saying that something has come up. I arrive on time each day. Although I bring my daughter to work, it has never interfered with my job. I have an excellent driving record and a clean back ground. I do not do drugs, nor do I smoke. I am comfortable and willing to help out with pets.
As for my experience, I have been a nanny throughout college. I have been a full-time, paid nanny for the past five years. I have worked with wonderful families, with children ranging in ages from newborn to teen years, with experience in overnights and twins as well.
