During my working experiences in life, it always seems that I end up caring for someone as my job. I have cared for babies, toddlers, special needs children, special needs adults, and elderly care. My most recent job was the assistant manager of an in home day care and preschool. I had two babies and six toddlers under my supervision all day. I was also responsible for teaching preschool. I did this job for one year until I went on maternity leave. My job prior to this was doing in home care for the elderly. I assisted elderly adults with daily personal care, cooking, cleaning, errands, and taking them where they wanted/needed to go. I have other job experience helping special needs children and special needs adults. I was also a prep cook for a gourmet wraps business. Beyond all the work experience I have, I am a mother. I have a 7-year-old autistic son and a 5-month-old son.
